Programme Overview

Day 1: Nov 16
Gothenburg

Arrival and check-in at Hotel Flora in Gothenburg. (Subject to change)

If you fly in to Sweden, Gothenburg Landvetter Airport (GOT) you can easily go by airport shuttle; arrive at Gothenburg central station and from there go by tram to Grönsakstorget, which is just outside the hotel.

If you fly in to Denmark, Copenhagen (CPH) you can go by train directly from Copenhagen airport to the central station in Gothenburg and from there go by tram to Grönsakstorget.

Day 2: Nov 17
Factory Visits

We depart in the morning by a prebooked bus for our first visit:

Derome, situated in Tanumshede
The Derome Group is one of Sweden's largest family-owned wood industries dating back to 1946 and the first customer in Sweden to invest in an AutoEye in 2018. Experience how they work with their Randek AutoEye roof truss system.

Moelven, situated in Säffle
As the first customer to invest in the ZeroLabor System in 2016, Moelven produces closed wall elements in a robotic cell equipped with two robots, making this a valuable opportunity to see the system operating.

The visit will focus on production technology and modular building, offering insights into their approach, key success factors, and lessons learned.

In the evening, we arrive in Arvika and check in at Scandic Arvika, followed by a hosted dinner.

Day 3: Nov 18
Randek Open House, Arvika

A full day dedicated to automation, innovation, and knowledge exchange.

  • Live machine demonstrations in a flexible, open format.
  • AutoEye 2.0 - Robotic infeed for roof truss manufacturing - Discover our latest robotic infeed system for roof truss components in the AutoEye, handling both chords and webs automatically.
  • ZeroLabor Sub-Assembly System 2.0 - Now featuring automatic infeed, combining intelligent robotics, fixture logic, and CAD/BOM-driven instructions, including automated positioning and joining.
  • Deep dive into systems and production flow.

Following the Open House, the programme concludes.
(Note: You can choose to fly home from either Gothenburg or Oslo Airport. Oslo is closer to Arvika.)
