Window Frame Machine

Randek Window Frame Machine is a flexible and effective machine for production of inner and outer window frames. The basic principle is that the window frame is nailed or screwed together in order to achieve a high quality and effective production process.

The machine can be equipped with tools for nailing, screwing, drilling and clamping. A set up when changing window size takes approximately 20s and is easily done through a PLC-interface. A production cycle takes approximately 50s. It is possible to produce windows with mullions.

Randek delivered the first window frame machine 1984 and has since then delivered many window frame machines to the leading window producers.
